What to include

An order or delivery

Include your order reference and we will look into it. Funds are not released to the seller until you confirm your item has arrived, so nothing is lost whilst we sort it out.

Selling and payouts

Questions about Stripe payouts, completion fees or getting a listing live. We can walk you through it.

Something wrong with an item

Tell us what arrived and send photos if you can. Get in touch before the 72-hour release window closes so we can pause the payout.
