Your money is held, not handed over
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your money is held from the moment you check out and is not released to the seller until your item has arrived.

Tracked, insured delivery
Every parcel is sent tracked and insured. Liyasa funds that cover, so it is never deducted from the seller.

Released only when you are happy
Confirm the item is as described and we release the funds. If you do nothing, they release automatically 72 hours after delivery.
Tracked delivery is added at checkout, calculated by size and weight, and passed to the courier at cost. We don't mark it up. Questions? Talk to us.
